I have managed people and programs for over 20 years, earned an MS in Communications Management from the Newhouse School of Syracuse University and a PhD from Capella University.

As an experienced professional who is highly skilled, trained, and educated, I will help you, I will treat you fairly, and I will be brutally honest about what changes need to be made within your organization to improve performance and production.

My passion is interpersonal communications. Recently, at a meeting of the NYC Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, I presented a workshop on how to identify email communication styles. I am the first researcher who has conducted a study to verify the existence of social cues within emails, that when aggregated, identify the writer's communication style. This is valuable information for improving email communications, reducing flame wars, increasing trust, and improving production with staff or coworkers, especially at offsite locations. Email is becoming the preferred business communication channel out of necessity and convenience; therefore, it makes sense to have management techniques & skills for writing effective e-communications. I offer training that will provide incredible insight.
